New Life Domestic, like many similar organisations, work with people by official referral only.

So, to get our help, all you need to do is ask an official organisation, such as Social Services, a domestic abuse organisation, local council, or other similar organisation, to contact us on your behalf.

We will assign you a caseworker who will then begin sourcing any item we don’t have in stock, and arranging for all items to be delivered to you at the earliest possible chance.

Why official referral only? By only working with those referred by an official organisation, we can ensure that only those who genuinely need our help are receiving it, and that every penny and item donated to us is going to help someone who is in genuine need.

We will accept a referral for any of the following (or similar) organisations

* Domestic Abuse Refuge
* Domestic Abuse Support Services
* Homeless Shelter
* Homeless Support Services
* Local Authority/Council
* Housing Associations
* Social Services
* Family Support Service
* Citizens Advice Bureau
* ARK
* Church or Religious Groups (of which you are a known member)

We wanted to share some exciting news.

New Life Domestic have been awarded a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund 🤩

Thanks to National Lottery players, this grant means that we can supply families who need them all the white goods they might require.

At the moment we have, thanks to donation from all the good people who have set up monthly payments, managed to supply the odd Washing Machine. We now will be able to supply even more, any Fridge/FridgeFreezer plus cooker will be possible in the coming year. . 🦋

National Lottery players raise over £30 million a week for good causes across the UK. The National Lottery Community Fund distributes a share of this to projects to support people and communities to prosper and thrive.

During the pandemic, in 2020 alone, The National Lottery Community Fund distributed almost £1 billion to charities and community organisations across the UK.

New Life Domestic bought another Washing Machine today for a case we helped house.

Will now have a Washing Machine as well thanks to donation.
