I would just like to say a massive thank you to you and your team for all you have done for me and my daughter. I really don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for all of your support and help. From the moment I contacted you, you have been nothing but kind, empathetic and understanding. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for you and when. I came into my new home I cried with gratefulness. You have been so helpful and so supportive I really don’t know where I would be or how I would have managed without you. The world needs more people like you and I’m so incredibly excited to start my new life. My journey like many others has been a rough and unknowing what the future can hold for. woman like me and you came in and made that next chapter an easy one. Please know that my daughter and I thank you with every bit of our hearts. Xx

“New Life were incredibly reassuring, very quick and offered so much! I couldn’t quite believe how much they were able to offer – especially because I had left with nothing. They offered me carpets, beds and bedding, living room furniture, a choice of white goods, kitchenware, a microwave… It has meant that my child and I can start our new life in a cosy home, a new adventure, without the added pressure and worry of making the transition from refuge to home as reassuring as possible for my child. The delivery staff were very mindful, calm, kind and helped set up some of the furniture and furnishings too – their kind manner really helped take calm the anxiety I’ve been through and the post traumatic stress of the events that lead us to our new home. Now, our lives can begin comfortably and cosily, as if we’d just decided to move house. This is all thanks to New Life and I am forever grateful.”

After moving out of refuge into our new home we had nothing and Julie from the New Life Domestic group charity helped us make our home a home. She is an absolutely amazing women and made me feel at ease straight away from the very first call. Without her and the amazing charity we wouldn’t have anything and it would have taken us a long time to get there so I’m ever so greatful for everything she has done for us. I would highly recommend this charity as they go above and beyond to give you what you need no charges which just helps make life that bit easier when moving. Also the removal company they use that helped were a lovely friendly couple which is great when your an anxious person like myself with new people. It’s so lovely to know there’s such amazing support out there. Thankyou again for helping our family 😊

Dear New Life Domestic, I can’t thank you enough for your support towards myself and my children.

We moved into a new house with nothing, following incidents of domestic abuse, but you stepped in so fast to support us. You provided us with most of the household stuff needed, including a sofa, TV stand and TV, dining table and chairs, cutlery, crockery, microwave, beds, duvet, towels, pillows, to mention but a few.

In addition to all that, you accompanied the delivery van to our house and assisted with unloading and spreading the love.

Thank you so much, Julie and all the ladies, for your love and reassuring words.

Thank you so much for the support you have given me. Where would I be without you and your charity, I had nothing I mean nothing, no pots pans bed cooker ect but more so I didn’t have hope, then you came like a bunch of fairy god mothers. You told me that I’d be ok, that you were here to help, you listened cared and supported me into my first home on my own after being absolutely broken, you helped the process to a new life x thank you

I hope you are well.

Finally I have the chance to say thank you to yourself and New life Domestic for the items you kindly donated to myself.

I have had my carpet fitted today and have yet to see the finished result but by all accounts ( from my friend who let the carpet fitter in this morning) it looks fantastic.

You are all so very kind and have made the transition to my new life a lot less stressful than it would have been if I were to acquire the items myself , and a lot less costly.

Again I thank you and I hope you can carry on your good work and make the lives of people like myself easier.

I just want to say how truly grateful I am for all your kindness without your help and amazing service and speed of service I would not have all the lovely things I have in my new flat this was my new start in life and you have made it possible helping me and my 2 boys with beds washing machine and all the extra touches to make my flat a home.
