Hedge End Community Sewing Project1h · NEW CHARITY ALERT……..This year we will be supporting a very small charity that is based in West End – New Life Domestic They are a fab group whose aim is to help those escaping from domestic abuse and starting a new life. They help to furnish their new home all free of charge. New life domestic is operated on a not for profit basis. All the members are volunteers, they do not have paid staff. The volunteers are always on the lookout for appropriate furniture and household items, and organise fundraising events to be able to purchase items like washing machines. We have met up with some of the lovely volunteers and their enthusiasm for the cause is infectious!!! We are very much looking forward to supporting them as much as we can over the coming year – everyone deserves to live in a safe
