Maria Baker, sadly passed away suddenly on 9th August 2 days after her 72nd Birthday, her family felt NLD an ideal charity in which to request financial donations opposed to floral tribute, Maria being from Malta had a huge heart and she never wanted to see venerable people go without, whether it be financially or just a helping hand Maria would always put others before herself and knowing that although not with us now she still contributes to help venerable people build new homes and lives for themselves.
The above message was sent to me back in September in respect of what was obvious a lovely generous lady. Im sure you will all agree with me that there is no way we can thank her family and friends enough for the donation.
