Our next fund raising event.

It was cold and it was wet but that didn’t stop us loading up the van to help three families settle into their new homes. Some only needed a few items and others needed a full house furnished, every case is different. Regardless of how little or large the request is the charity is always willing to help.
On Tuesday One Community chatted with Julie Haylett from New Life Domestic an amazing charity that helps people who have been victims of domestic abuse. They help them start a new life by supplying furniture and essential household items (including white goods & flooring) for free.
Have a listen to the wonderful work they do on the link below 👇🏻
They are also always in need of volunteers!
So please get in contact with them if you think this is something you could help with : https://newlifedomestic.org.uk/about-us/

The Benefactor Group does financial services differently – they give all their profit to charity and good causes.
Nominate New Life Domestic for the chance of us winning £5000. Please ask your friends & family also as the more nominations we get the better chance we have of winning.
Think of all the families we could support with this money.
Thank you.
The Two Brothers Summerfest is an annual charity music event. The event supports two charities and New Life Domestic are delighted to be one of of the charities.
Domestic Abuse is a largely hidden crime, occurring primarily at home. Recent data shows around one in four women have experienced domestic abuse but the reality is the number is much higher as many cases never get reported.
Imagine having to flee from your home, possessions, everything you hold dearly – taking nothing! How would you cope, with nothing apart from what you and your kids are wearing. After spending time months in a refuge you are eventually allocated accommodation but the property is completely empty property? How can a property feel like a home with nothing in it?
This is where New Life Domestic can help. We operate within the Hampshire area on a non-profit bases and the charity is run entirely by volunteers. We endeavour to provide essential furniture and sundry items to help families start their new life at no charge to the families. All communication is handled in the strictest confidence.
You too can help us support these families by making a small donation so we can supply essential furniture, white goods and Carpeting free of charge. Please donate what you can afford to help us to give someone the chance to start their new life chapter. Please help survivors of domestic abuse break the cycle of them returning to their abuser. You can donate by using Paypal as shown on this page
