When families move into their new home its an empty box and that can have be harmful physically, emotionally, socially and financially especially if you have children. That is where we can help by providing the essentials in terms of furniture, cooking, washing and storing food.

Three Families Supported In July

The sun may be out but our volunteers were busy loading up the van to delivery essential items to the three families we supported this month. Its such a joy to see the smiles on peoples faces when they see their new accommodation become a home.

Busy Month of June

We have a very busy month, a total of nine families supported. Huge thanks to our volunteers and supporters who helped us source items in a very short period. Lovely to see the kids in these families settle in to their new homes.

February We Supported Three Cases

It was cold and it was wet but that didn’t stop us loading up the van to help three families settle into their new homes. Some only needed a few items and others needed a full house furnished, every case is different. Regardless of how little or large the request is the charity is always willing to help.

Help By Nominating The Charity

The Benefactor Group does financial services differently – they give all their profit to charity and good causes.

Nominate New Life Domestic for the chance of us winning £5000. Please ask your friends & family also as the more nominations we get the better chance we have of winning.

Think of all the families we could support with this money.

Thank you.

The Reality About Domestic Abuse

Domestic Abuse is a largely hidden crime, occurring primarily at home. Recent data shows around one in four women have experienced domestic abuse but the reality is the number is much higher as many cases never get reported.

Imagine having to flee from your home, possessions, everything you hold dearly – taking nothing! How would you cope, with nothing apart from what you and your kids are wearing. After spending time months in a refuge you are eventually allocated accommodation but the property is completely empty property? How can a property feel like a home with nothing in it?

This is where New Life Domestic can help. We operate within the Hampshire area on a non-profit bases and the charity is run entirely by volunteers. We endeavour to provide essential furniture and sundry items to help families start their new life at no charge to the families. All communication is handled in the strictest confidence.

You too can help us support these families by making a small donation so we can supply essential furniture, white goods and Carpeting free of charge. Please donate what you can afford to help us to give someone the chance to start their new life chapter. Please help survivors of domestic abuse break the cycle of them returning to their abuser. You can donate by using Paypal as shown on this page
