Our mission is to assist those in, and coming out of, domestic abuse situations via official body referrals.

By helping people in those first important steps of furnishing their new home, and providing items such as clothes, toiletries, shoes and other essentials, we aim to make it easier for people to stand on their own 2 feet, and build their new life.

New Life Domestic, like many similar organisations, work with people by official referral only.

So, to get our help, all you need to do is ask an official organisation, such as Social Services, a domestic abuse organisation, local council, or other similar organisation, to contact us on your behalf, we then ask them to complete a quick form to provide us all the necessary details we will need to help you.

We will assign you a caseworker, once we receive the referral form, who will then begin sourcing any item we don’t have in stock, and arranging for all items to be delivered to you at the earliest possible chance.

Why official referral only? Unfortunately, the answer to this is simple, in the time that we have been running, we have been contacted by people who have tried to take advantage of us, to help with things such as replacing items damaged during a party. By only working with those referred by an official organisation, we can ensure that only those who genuinely need our help are receiving it, and that every penny and item donated to us is going to help someone who is in genuine need
